I did this thing. It was my first time doing a podcast. Self kindness is required to not tear myself down. It was my first one and I showed up as I could. Mid day, jacked up on espresso (no coffee no prana, right?). It is fun and it is real. I geek out and wander away from questions but when you have friends who have your back and those friends have podcsts, they edit with respect.
