Happy #FathersDay! My dad was a Pullman Porter for 25 years, from 1947-1972. I’m wearing his original hat. I always say Union Station is my second home! Whether we were dropping my dad off or picking him up, it was so exciting just to be a part of that wonderful station. #YourStationYourStory

Union Station is hosting a COVID-19 Vaccination Site as part of ongoing efforts to help ensure free, easy, and equitable access to vaccinations in Los Angeles County. The site will be operated by the Los Angeles Fire Department in partnership with Community Organized Relief Effort (CORE). The Union Station vaccination site will operate Monday through Saturday from 8:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. and is located in the East Portal at the top of the escalator adjacent to the Patsaoura...s Bus Plaza. Moderna and the one-shot Johnson & Johnson vaccine will be available to everyone 18 years and older. The Pfizer vaccine will be available to everyone 12 years and older (children require a parent or guardian present). Vaccines are free and no insurance or citizenship documentation is required. It is easily accessible via Metro’s B/D Lines (Red/Purple), L Line (Gold), J Line (Silver), many local bus lines, Metrolink, Amtrak, and private transportation options.

UNION STATION VOTE CENTER Union Station has been designated as a Vote Center for the 2020 Presidential General Election. Location: Historic Ticketing Hall (west side of station).... Voting duration: The center will be open between 10/24 - 11/3. Hours of operation: Daily 10 a.m. 7 p.m. during the early voting period. On Election Day (11/3) the hours will be extended to 7 a.m. - 8 p.m.* Public Transportation: Accessible via the Union Station stop on the Metro Red/Purple Line, Gold Line and Silver Line. Parking: Parking is available in Lot B and Lot D and will be validated for two hours. Covid-19 Compliance: The Vote Center will follow State and County public health and safety guidelines.
