Good morning my amazing friends!! It's been awhile since I've been able to pray but I'm back up and ready to share some beautiful days and memories with you all!! I joke today is a wonderful new day for you with lots of opportunities and sunshine! Have a wonderful day!

Good morning all! I talked to my physical therapist the other day and got the very cautious thumbs up to start learning how to run again. I use to run several miles a day before my hip broke nearly 2 years ago. I still don't have the feeling back in my left lower leg and foot but I've learned to walk so next step is to run! It was an interesting conversation to discuss how to fall (yes I will fall just like the several times I did learning to walk without aides). I will have to fall with grace lol and do my best not to land on the new hip. As soon as the pain from surgery today becomes manageable I will be lacing up my old running shoes and hitting the pavement!! What do you all want to challenge yourselves with so we can cheer each other on?!?!
