The first week of 2021 finished with a bang! We are so happy to see our members, both returning and new, ready to take control of their health. In order to ensure everyone gets a chance to work out with us we have added a 7 pm class Monday-Thursday. Effective immediately we will return to RSVP requirement for each class. A 10 member cap will be enforced until further notice to ensure everyone gets more than 6 ft social distancing required. Cant make it to a class? Don’t worry! We now have 24/7 open gym. 5 member capacity per hour. We are excited to start another year and wish all of our members continued good health through 2021.
