Matt had only 3 weeks to learn golf and prepare for his nationally broadcasted golf debut. Starting with all the correct fundamentals like grip, posture, sequencing, ball position with coach @nickk_medeiros and getting his body right with Coach @joshcohen36 in the gym to quickly help him perform the necessary movements in his swing to get... the W this week. We pride ourselves in teaching golfers of all skill levels, including those who are in the beginning stages of learning the game. Happy 30th Birthday @oneill__ugp Jeez you’re getting old! I’ll never forget the times practicing, playing, and competing together as college golf teammates at CBU. Back then, it would have been very hard to believe that we would eventually be on the same team working again many years after college. I am forever grateful for you work ethic, humility and incredible passion that naturally positively impacts everyone around you. You mean a lot to me personally and I know our entire team at UGP appreciates your leadership as our Head Golf Coach. Years from now we’ll both nostalgically look back at today and laugh about our career journeys. Urban Golf Performance - Santa Monica Our third golf performance dreamland. Located right on Wilshire Blvd next to Brentwood, Pacific Palisades and West LA like a beautiful hidden oasis.

(Top) Pre-UGP, the building was brown and Brian wore a green t-shirt. (Bottom) The upgraded UGP LA, our flagship location.... (Top) Mac started UGP as a team of one. (Bottom) Blake Mycoskie, Founder of TOMS, invested in UGP and joined Mac on his journey. (Left) Matt Mora joined the team in 2014 and was our first club fitter and builder. (Right) He's established two of our Departments and is now our Director of Club Fitting and Building. (Top) Leo joined the team in 2016 as a fitness trainer. (Bottom) He is now our Director of Performance, and oversees all locations and staff. (Left) Collin Morikawa began training with us when he was still an amateur golfer playing at Cal. (Right) In only his second year on tour, he's won three events including the PGA Championship. (Top) The photo of our first team meeting in 2013. (Left) O'Neill joined the team in 2018 and was strictly focused on the technicality of the golf swing.
