Today we had store actions in Pico Rivera and Stanton where #Food4Less members organized and delivered petitions to management calling for safety standards and hazard pay. Alicia Martinez, a 21-year member, and steward at #Food4Less in Hawaiian Gardens showed her union activism today, demanding the implementation of cleaning protocols, crowd control, and hazard pay. 100% of her store signed petitions and presented them to management this morning.
