Tonight 9/15 at 6:30! Don't miss the opportunity to take a step towards reducing stress and pain while improving quality of life through mindfulness practice. Take it from Alicia (pictured here), an alum of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR): "The MBSR class with Nichole was life changing for management of the chronic pain I have had for nine years. I learned how to view my pain with acceptance rather than fear and rejection. With consistent dedication to meditation an...d mindfulness techniques, my mind and body became less reactive on a deeper level and I continue to have significantly less pain 10 months later. I also dwell less on negative thoughts and am able to live comfortably in the present rather than in resentment of the past." Join the MBSR info session with Nichole tonight at 6:30 by visiting http://tiny.ucsf.edu/msm89W.
