The first one is an Anti-Blackness Training session given by Salih Mohammad and the second one is a Gender Inclusivity Presentation given by Saxon Stahl. We hope to see y’all there!

UPCOMING EVENT Please join us on Friday, January 22 from 5 to 6:30 pm PST for a panel discussion with the star of the Netflix series Chambers, Sivan Alyra Rose, writer Jason Gavin, known for his screenwriting of Friday Night Lights and Roswell New Mexico, and director Tazbah Rose Chavez, director of the film Your Name Isn’t English and Reservation Dogs, on navigating the media industry as Native writers, actors, and filmmakers. Indigemedia will include empowering ...dialogue on challenging stereotypes and barriers that persist in the representation of Native Americans in film and other media. This event is hosted by the American Indian Resource Center, SUA Office of Diversity & Inclusion, Student Alliance of North American Indians (SANAI) and UCSC Career Success.
