UCI Center for Critical Korean Studies is inviting you to join a webinar with guest speaker Charlotte Koh. Chicago-native media executive and producer Charlotte Koh is the founder of Hulu Originals. She has produced Emmy-nominated scripted and unscripted television, Oscar-nominated feature films, digital/social video, and audio storytelling at companies such as Hello Sunshine, Marvel, GoPro, HuffPost, and Searchlight. Other projects include: Shine On with Reese (Netflix), Get Organized with The Home Edit (Netflix), The Awesomes (Hulu), East Los High (Hulu), The Last King of Scotland (Searchlight), and Notes on a Scandal (Searchlight). She is an adjunct professor at USC’s School of Cinematic Arts Peter Stark Producing Program, from which she earned an MFA. She holds a BA from Stanford University.

Business Careers in Entertainment Club organization is dedicated to providing UCI students with career opportunities in the entertainment industry. They offer speakers from the entertainment industry with backgrounds ranging from digital media, film- television, music, sports entertainment, etc. Previously, they had speakers from known companies such as Buzzfeed, Disney, ESPN, Dreamworks, and Paramount Home Entertainment. Not only do they have guest speakers from these notab...le companies, but they also have guest speakers who are motivational and can pave the way for students to learn more about the entertainment industry. These speakers come from backgrounds that can be of interest to students beyond the Paul Merage School of Business. Their skills range from project management to marketing coordinator and much more. This upcoming Wednesday (10/21) at 6:30PST, we will be having a guest speaker from Paramount Home Entertainment. All of film and media students are invited to attend this event.
