On behalf of the Improving OUTcomes Conference Planning Committee, the UC Davis Vice Chancellor’s LGBTQ+ Advisory Council, and the Office for Health Equity, Diversity and Inclusion, we hope you have been well and are doing your best to find strength and persevere through these difficult and uncertain times. It was not long ago that we thought we would be putting the final touches on programming for the 6th Annual Improving OUTcomes Conference (IOC) in Sacramento. However, t...he participants’ health is our priority and we want to do our part to slow down the spread of COVID-19. It is equally important to continue our conversations on LGBTQ+ health, especially during this time. Thus, the committee decided to move this year’s conference to a virtual format with a concentrated scope. Please help us develop the most effective program and schedule format by spending 1-2 minutes to answer our short 6 question survey. Despite a change in venue, we will still strive to provide a platform that will meet the needs of our colleagues in heathcare and the community to continue expanding awareness and professional improvement related to LGBTQ+ health and healthcare. We look forward to hearing from you! To our health equity and equality, The IOC Planning Committee
