A class which I designed where you aren’t just doing your typical resistance band workout. In my class you’ll be getting down & hyphy with your bands on! A fat burning/muscle strengthening fitness class where we will be targeting the booty & leg muscles! ? Resistance Band (any brand or type of your choice) Towel or Yoga Mat to do workout on. Chair (optional) - ? Program starts on Tues, 9/22 and ends on Thurs, 10/22. You will need to attend every Tues & Thurs. This will be a total of 10 classes altogether. Your progress will be monitored. ? Class will be recorded.
