TVIHA is please to announce that registration for the 2020/2021 winter recreation "PRACTICE ONLY" season is now open. Practices will be held Monday - Thursday the weeks of December 7 & 14 and the weeks of January 4, 11, 18 & 25. Each team will practice one night a week, on the same night with the same teammates (6 practices for $20) at Margarita Park. The registration deadline is Sunday, November 29. The Temecula Warriors travel roller hockey team is looking for part time goalies in the 14U, 16U & 18U divisions. It is okay if the player also plays ice. Dear TVIHA Families, As you wait to register for the fall practice season I ask that you get your children and coaches registered with new insurance. Go to aausports.org for membership good from 8/15/20 to 8/31/21. Please enter our club code of WYD89T. When you plug in this code it puts you on a special list meaning we don't need to bug you about it for another year. If you have purchased multi-year insurance please go to membership lookup and add the new club code. Players a...nd coaches cannot participate without it. We are hoping to have fall registration open in the next day and you can't register without insurance so please get that done ASAP. Be on the lookout for the registration is open email. Hello TVIHA Families, TVIHA will be offering fall hockey beginning the first week of September on a practice basis only (no games or scrimmages). We will be holding (2) six week sessions. Session one will begin the week of September 1 and session two will begin the week of October 12. Each session will cost $20. Players will receive 6 hours of rink time (one hour per week). Teams will be formed by a combination of age, friendship and skill level. Each team will have the same ...coach, the same teammates and the same practice day and time (just like a regular season). Safety is always a TVIHA concern and with the current pandemic, safety is crucial if we are going to offer a safe and beneficial program to our families. Details are still being worked out by board members but all families should expect temperature checks before players enter the rink. We will ask families each week if players or anyone close to them are experiencing any Covid-19 symptoms. We will ask parents and players arrive and depart the park with masks on (players can remove them during practice). Volunteers will sanitize benches and high traffic areas before and after each practice. We will maintain social distancing on and off the rink. Registration will open next week.
