Their resolution at this time is to call customer support to report the issue and request to change your static public IP address to a Frontier supplied static public IP address. We emailed a technical supervisor and called the repair department and found out they have an unknown issue they are trying to trace and repair. We are determining if there are work arounds until they can resolve the issue and will stay in contact with our findings and theirs. If you are following COVID related restrictions and regulations - be sure to watch the anticipated announcements from the California Governor at noon today (upd...ated: moved to 12:30). It tentatively sounds like any Counties ( 58 in California) who’s ICU bed capacity is above 85% (for All uses) will fall under a new level of very strong State issued restrictions for individuals, businesses, churches, non-profits, etc. (I have no further details to provide.
