My client wanted to put her extensions back in. The hair was still in great condition. Tabs are getting worn. She wore them for like 7 months 3 years ago. She saved them. She likes a little length and volume. I would say she probably will need to order new hair in the next couple of months if she wants to continue with extensions. The glue tabs break down after so many uses. The nice thing about extensions is I don’t have to bleach hair to much. The extensions give dimension and highlight. Swipe to see nice blend. Beautiful brunettes where are you? Fall hair is around the corner. I lightened my clients hair first. Deposited a color shine treatment for brassieres. I always go a little darker so as color fades it never get orange. She will be back for shine treatment in 8 weeks to keep color rich. I probably won’t highlight sharing for 6 mo to a year. She like the lived in look. Care products used were Suddzz smooth it shampoo and conditioner with level straight smoothing balm. Fight against humidity. This client has very thick curly beautiful hair, sometime smoothness is desired. So for that I use smoothing system.

Warmth is not always the enemy. I have been loving this new toner/glaze. Just leaves the blonde nice and rich. Doesn’t knock out all the warmth. Gorgeous brown with highlights. Nice mix of contrasting colors. I think sometimes we go to light with natural brown. A lot of correcting is necessary to cancel the warmth. Lifting to the right shade of lightness helps also keeping some of the natural warmth also allows color to naturally oxidate to a beautiful subtle blonde highlight.

I’m so happy to hear from so many of my old clients. I lost touch with so many after having my boys. It’s always great catching up. Today I spent 4-5 hrs working in this color. She had almost a years worth of grow out. Some old brassy color on the ends. So I freshened up everything. Looking so good @mily_n.
