TCK First Grader, Molly Dalrymple-Courtright, has reached an amazing milestone! Molly has read and understood over 150,000 words in Accelerated Reader! To put that into perspective, the first grade end of the year goal is to read to 10,000 words, and the second grade end of the year goal is to read 150,000 words. No one at TCK can remember having had a first grade student reach the second grade AR goal before! Given that it’s early in the school year, Molly has now set her eyes on the third grade goal of reading and understanding 250,000 words. We are certain that there will be another celebration coming! Go, Molly, go!
