As of Tuesday, June 15th, Tulare Public Library will offer the following in-person services: Building open at 50% capacity for public access, Browsing the collection, 8 public computers, 2 hour limit, Restrooms available at public’s discretion, Modified In Person programming, Laptop Checkout, Study Room Checkout. We will continue to offer the following services:... Contactless donation drop-off every Saturday from 10am-2pm Holds pick-up, Mystery grab bags Personalized grab bags, Fax, copy & scan services Passport services (by appointment only), Wireless printing 15 minute stand up computer, Virtual programming Services that remain unavailable: Room rentals and Test monitoring Masks are required for all in person services.
