I can't believe it, the holidays are almost here. Where has the time gone? It is the best time of the year and crazy one at the same time, shopping, family dinners, and all the holiday activities and traditions . So let us smoke your turkey and take the stress of cooking one away. All you do is bring me a uncooked and unseasoned turkey and we will cure it with our Award winning in house brine and smoke it. It comes out unbelievably juicy , tender, and tastes awesome. When you... pick it up it will be chilled and all you have to do is warm it up, bake @ 325 degree oven for approximately 2 1/2 ~ 3 hours or till the breast reaches 140 degrees internal temperature. *** Smoked turkeys are pre-cooked in our smokehouses,so be careful not to overcook!*** We charge $ 25.00 each for any bird size. We tag your bird so you will be getting your own turkey back. We will be excepting turkeys until November 21th. We do over 550 birds so don't wait until the last min.
