Good morning, I hope everybody has survived yet again another burning California. 4 years now.The one thing I know for sure is Californians are strong and determined to make the best of every bad situation. unfortunately due to the fires we had to postpone all the events I had planned for October and November. Not knowing at this point whether or not we will have inside dining or more fires.This will determine whether or not I can host. Harry Potter, Drag Brunch, and a Mar...y Poppins Christmas special. If we are only permitted to host events outside then that’s what we will do. We had an amazing baby shower on Saturday, fabulous,beautiful people. It warmed my heart and reconnected me to the one thing I love to do, make people happy. 29 beautiful people that traveled all the way from Los Angeles and Sacramento to have her baby shower at the tea room. We made it beautiful and then they made it spectacular !! Thank you so much to all of you for hosting your very special event with us. It was raining it was gloomy but it did not change the mood and it did not distract everybody from understanding the importance of loving each other and being together. It was lovely. We will continue our curbside pickup Wednesday through Sunday, 11am to 2pm. Good morning, as you all know we are only offering patio dining at this time, we all realize this is challenging in many ways. We are now in our hottest months of the year! August through October with temperatures reaching 100 and over. We absolutely understand that people do not want to sit outside and would prefer the comfort of their own homes with AC. Because the temperature today is is 96 I made a decision not to open for patio dining. Yesterday we went in and set up,... this takes a lot of effort and a lot of time.not a single person. I have people on payroll and it’s costing me money to make nothing. So please be understanding if I decide on certain days to not open. We are open tomorrow Saturday with live music from noon till two and despite the heat people still want to go out and have fun at the weekend.We are going to be changing our days and hours of operation until inside dining is allowed again. Starting next week we will only be open Friday Saturday and Sunday. From 11:00 till 3:00 This will be posted on our website and on our window and voicemail. If you have a larger party 20 or 30 people we are happy to open for your event. Please make reservations rather than walking in. This allows us to judge whether it’s worth opening or not. Mary Poppins and Bert are here to entertain us September 27 th We are going to be putting on more evening events with live music, wine and beer and great food. Stay tuned for new and upcoming events. Good morning, just wanted to thank everyone for attending our fabulous reopening yesterday. Everybody was in great spirit and seemed genuinely happy to be having tea and listening to live music. It was so lovely to see so many familiar faces and quite a few newcomers. I’ve been asked the question several times can I do my special events going forward? The answer is most definitely yes!!! Mary Poppins will be joining us on the patio in September. I will be teaching etiquette s...erving amazing food and Mary Poppins will sing and entertain,Also Harry Potter will be back in October with all its splendor and magic. We are planning on hosting our 1st Drag Brunch, hoping hist this in early November. Good afternoon we do hope that you are all staying safe and that you are well. Just letting everybody know we are open August 1 on the patio. We have live music from noon till 2 PM. We are offering our full high tea menu along with wine, beer and peach mimosas. If you are thinking of joining us please make a reservation as we predict we will be quite busy. Hello! We were so happy to host our first Tea party outside. Lots of little princesses all having fun! We all together made her birthday party a blast. We are officially opening back up August 1st. 11:00 We have Ariana landmark performing from noon till 2:30. Please come and join us for amazing music and fun fun fun.!!!... Hello people!! Happy 4th of July to you all. A little strange out there to say the least. However we can still have fun and stay safe. I’m so happy that the city cleaned up all the homeless from under the freeways. It was a living nightmare. So many of my neighbors reported they had had so much stolen from there yards and front porch. Even a barbecue. The homeless had beds, sofas and even baby strollers and car seats. It was a hot mess. I live right off collage avenue, I have... lived there for 5 years and never had an issue. 2 weeks ago some time Late in the evening,some one broke open our fence and jumped on the hud of my mini to steal some propane . It was empty so they left it on the lawn and exited through the regular gate. This cost my landlord time and money to fix the fence . The damage to my car was over $3000. Like any of us have the time or the money right now to be dealing with this crap. One great thing came of this.i found the best body shop in Sonoma County. They were amazing , friendly and very kind. Family owned and love what they do. Fishers auto on bluebell drive . I can’t thank them enough for the great service and excellent workmanship. I was so impressed when I pulled up in my Uber to pick up my car to find the mom and her assistant hand waxing and cleaning my car in 80 sun. As far as I’m concerned that is true dedication. I thank you lovely ladies so much.the tea room opens back up August 1st for full service and I’m inviting them all in for tea and scones on the house. If you have any issues with your car please take it to fishers.we all need to be looking out for each other right now more than ever. See you at the tea room on August 1st. 11 AM.
