Everyone welcome our San Francisco Director of Yoga, Steven, to the TruTribe! Steven is a yoga and meditation teacher hailing from Chicago with a passion for creating safe spaces. His alignment-based approach to instruction leads to safety and efficiency with the poses, so that you feel held, supported, and steady enough to explore what’s possible. In his own practice, he prefers to take it slow. He meditates daily, reads voraciously, and tries to love as large as his teache...r and mentor, Mayu Ezraty. The intention is to deliver practices that help people get present before spending time with loved ones.
