True Seasons Organic Kitchen

Sold It's been seven years since my partners and I first opened the doors at our restaurant! Time really does fly. It feels like just yesterday that I watched the construction with excitement each day. However, just as the seasons change, our time at True Seasons has come to an end--we have sold our restaurant to a terrific new owner. Some of you know that I struggled with chronic health issues for many years before finding healing with whole salt. The things I learned alo...ng the way had a big impact on the food we served at True Seasons. Along the way, my desire to help others with health issues grew, and I started wellness coaching, selling solé and healing herbs, and eventually wrote a book. I opened an office in Newport Beach, and my focus shifted more to my book, products, and helping others. Since the beginning, I have nurtured this restaurant and poured in my heart, but in this new season, the best thing that I could do for it is to let it go. This decision was not easy, but I'm comforted knowing that True Seasons will continue to be in good hands. The new owner of True Seasons, Jason Le, is an experienced restauranteur with two other Orange County restaurants. Moreover, he is a kind and friendly person who loves what True Seasons represents. Jason plans on continuing to support the same local farmers that we have worked with for seven years. He also plans to build on the strengths, add new and exciting ideas, and make True Seasons better than ever. I'm confident that True Seasons will always be a destination for delicious, nourishing food. We are so thankful for the opportunity to serve you delicious, healthy food for the past seven years.
