Gratitude can come from the simplest things in life.

The intention of the meditation will focus on stillness. This will be our intention for the next few weeks. We have to really get it in our minds that stillness is good. Stillness actually increases our productivity because we are not spinning our wheels. We can learn to be strategic and create more capacity in our lives to do what nourishes our soul.
