To all our TKD friends and family. I am saddened to inform everyone that after 10 years we have had to close our Ventura location. It was an honor and privilege to be apart of the development of all our students and helping them reach their Black Belt goal. Just like earning a Black Belt, it's not the end, it's a beginning.

Congratulations to our students who tested last weekend. Your hard work and commitment paid off. We are very proud of you!

After being force to halt indoor operations, Tae Ryong moved Black Belt Testing outdoors. Last minute changes and the Masters made it happen.

Pandemic or not finishing what you start is always tough. Many say the first step is always the hardest but in reality seeing a goal, challenge, or journey all the way through is what proves to be the most difficult. . . In the last few months it seems my difficult task has been consistency or rather lack there of, i...nconsistent diet, inconsistent exercise, and inconsistent motivation. . . With that being said We at Tae Ryong Saugus challenge all TR family to join in on the Finish what you start challenge! So here it is... the challenge is a two mile distance that you can run, walk, kick, skip, etc lol the main objective of this challenge is not to see who can be the best, simply who can finish what they start! . . Once your challenge is complete post a selfie of your workout as well as a distance pic (swipe for an example) and lastly nominate one other individual each time you complete the challenge.
