With a very short staff and business being quite busy at Triumph San Diego, phones ringing off the hook, service backed up, parts department busier then ever and a constant flow of new customers flocking for motorcycle attention on our Sales floor, we are simply overwhelmed all around. We apologi...ze if we cant meet every need currently asked of us. But..our horribly courteous Service Writer Danny just got a poor Yelp review. Its of course very one sided as most poor reviews are with very little recourse for the offender. Things are looking up at Triumph San Diego! We are happy to announce the reopening of our showroom floor! Starting today, we will allow customers to shop at our sales and parts department. The community did a great job social distancing and now it’s time to fight COVID19 with some moto distancing! As always, the safety of our employees and customers is of the utmost importance and we will follow the State and local guidelines to keep everyone safe. We ask that you help keep ...these guidelines going so that we can remain open and continue to provide you with the with the best motorcycle experience. Employees and customers will need to wear facemasks inside the building so please bring your own! Please bring gloves if you want to touch the motorcycles and handle the merchandise. We will limit the number of people allowed in the shop to stay at the 6ft rule. Please keep proper physical distance between you and other customers at 6ft. Our staff will diligently wipe down the common areas and contact surfaces throughout the day. If you need help or have concerns, please let us know and we will be happy to assist you! -FYI This is still not a time for hanging around!
