I felt like every step of the process was explained to me very well, and they worked around my schedule for the estimate, the repair work, and the fumigation. I requested that the repair work be line-itemed so I could choose to do some of the work myself, which they accommodated. When it came time for repair work in the e...aves and on the facia, all the termite and wood rot damage was removed, rebuilt, and repainted to exactly match what was there. And even though they mentioned there was a possibility, none of the roof tiles were broken during the repair or the fumigation. When we returned after the fumigation was completed, we noticed that the fumigation team double bagged a couple of jars of sugar and flour that we forgot about. Thanks, guys! And finally, Rachel made sure the gas company arrived the morning of the tenting and immediately after the tent came down. I didn't even have to worry about that.
