What's on the schedule this week? Quite a bit! Practice self-care, get some extra help prepping for finals, participate in our weekly challenges, get motivated for the upcoming week on Monday, and end the week with a movie destress day! We hope you are able to get involved!

Cleaning as a method of self-care is a great option to destress. Follow along on our YouTube page to learn how to make some DIY Cleaning supplies with basic household items.

Don't forget to log into Canvas and do the assignments on Journey's page. Most assignments are quick and simple, following watching a virtual tour of a museum or college campus, or writing your feedback after watching one of the virtual workshops that our peer mentors created, and meeting with your counselor is worth additional points! You have until the end of the week to submit assignments for points for your chance to win an end of semester prize!
