Amazing mental and physical transformation from our Fall 90 Day Challenge Winner - Robert Del Llano! Robert lost 26 pounds over the course of the 90 days and had many wins mentally and physically along the way. Before embarking on this challenge, he lost roughly 70 pounds, on his journey to reclaim his health. Robert shared this message with our FB community group just before the end of our challenge and final selection. "When I look at my picture, it’s hard for me to belie...ve that was me just eleven weeks ago. This has been an amazing journey of self discovery, discipline, motivation, pain, temptation, pride and exhaustion all wrapped in one. I know we still have one one week before our final submission. But whatever the outcome may be for us, we are all so much stronger mentally, emotionally and physically. I want to take this opportunity to tell everyone that your positive comments and numerous likes of my food, weight loss numbers and before and after pictures kept me going. The beginning of this challenge was difficult. I saw no changes the first couple of weeks. Then the changes I did see were very little. I made myself a promise that I would stick with this challenge for the entire twelve weeks. I kept telling myself, small positive changes will equal big positive changes in the end. As we start this next 90 Day Challenge, we want to shoutout one of our amazing finalists from the last challenge - Ashley Major! Ashley was our runner up and made amazing physical and mental progress along the way! . . Here’s a post from her in our Facebook community group:... Reflecting on the past 90 days I dont think I could have imagined the changes and impact this challenge has had on me. I had started my weight-loss journey and Trifecta about a month before the challenge began. I as already down about 10 pounds in my "before pictures" at 210lbs. I had started eating right but was barely exercising and not tracking progress and definitely not taking pictures. Here I stand 90 days later at 184lbs. 26lbs lost in 90 days!!! A total loss so far of 35lbs since starting Trifecta. Weight-loss wasn't the only thing that happened in 90 days. I became stronger and more physically able and active, I interviewed and secured a dream job through new found self confidence and self promotion, gave notice at my current career of 10 years trusting in my journey, learned what nutrition my body required, was cleared from bimonthly doctors appointments to a couple times a year, my too tight clothes have become by too big clothes, and discovered how much meal prepping (made easy by Trifecta) help myself and my husband stick to our goals. I know my "after" photos may look like some people's before but I'm not stopping. My "after" is my new beginning. New goals include losing 5lbs more before the new year and joining the new Trifecta challenge when it starts to focus on strength and fitness rather than weight-loss.
