To launch our partnership, we’ve cooked up an amazing celebration on Wed., June 23 at the Trejo's Hollywood Cantina in Hollywood from 6PM-8PM. And guess what? It’s going to be hosted by @officialdannytrejo This exclusive spread includes Park's Finest BBQ Platter served with Spanish Rice, Farmers Market Beans and Ann's Cornbread Bibingka. ... Tickets are $60/per person from 6pm-8pm, and you can get via our #linkinbio. BBQ Platter Includes: BEEF SHORT RIB a smoked, seasoned, meaty beef rib SAN PABLO PULLED PORK sixteen-hour slow-roasted pork shoulder confit MT. TAAL CHICKEN crispy, seasoned, smoke-roasted chicken The Park’s Finest has been closed since March 2020 and has only been catering for frontline healthcare workers thanks to community and Angel donors. This will be the first time in over a year that guests will be able to have Mama Leah’s famous Coconut Beef. Part of the proceeds will be donated to @ecdp_la an organization that is close to Danny Trejo and The Park’s Finest owner, Joheric Concordia, both of whom grew up in #EchoPark.
