Never say Leftovers! You can reinvent your holiday turkey. Use leftover turkey to make this Turkey Chile Rellenos en Nogada, a mash-up of two beloved Mexican dishes. Chile Rellenos are well known to many Americans. Chiles en Nogada is a traditional Mexican dish celebrating that country’s Independence. Chiles en Nogada are made with a creamy white walnut sauce and topped with pomegranate ariels. The red, white and green colors mirror the Mexican flag. This recipe is a simplified mash-up of both dishes, making a perfect segue from Thanksgiving to Christmas with its bright, festive colors.
