It's a What's That Exercise Wednesday and I have an exercise for you to try today that can make a big difference since most people's glutes probably don’t activate as much as they normally should. And sometimes this all happens and you have no idea! Check out this little squat variation... ... You’re going to be KNEELING, that’s right, it's a kneeling squat. Sit your hips back until you feel your butt touch your calves, and then come back up to kneeling position. This is basically the same movement as a glute bridge or a hip thrust, except you’re doing it in an upright position. Hit up 10-15 reps and let me know how it feels for you!
Quick Tip Tuesday: If you sit a lot, try this seated rotation a few times a day to keep your body feeling loose and limber! It feels AMAZING.
