During the holidays, plants play a prominent role in festive decorations. With a little effort, you can keep your pets and your plants safe. Be mindful of these... decorative plants that are toxic to dogs and cats. In mild cases, nausea, vomiting and intestinal upset and discomfort may result; in severe cases, the toxicity can lead to more severe health problems, and even fatalities. If you suspect your pet has ingested one of these plants, please call the ASPCA Poison Control #1-888-426-4435, 24 hours a day or contact your nearest SAGE.
