#repost Motivation Monday!! (Warning: this may trigger some serious feels so forgive me! )... Just a little over a year ago I was a complete mess. Life was rough, times had taken their toll, and I was but a shell of a human being. At my lowest of lows, I took a leap of faith in complete desperation to find myself again. I’ve always been a health-conscious person and competitive athlete so naturally I searched for something to support the best parts of my former self. I walked into Total Nutrition, resume in hand, also very intimidated! I was greeted by Tanya with the most genuine and kind smile! She accepted my resume and we chatted for a moment. I got the usual we will call you if we decide to bring you in for an interview conversation before I left. I felt like I was completely out of my league but I had nothing to lose at this point. Now, I know that all sounds really ridiculous to be that excited to work in a supplement store part-time but something in me knew I needed this place. Fast-forward to a year later and here we are! I LOVE WHAT I DO! I love our culture, our customers, the knowledge, the connections I’ve made but most of all the friendship that developed with this amazing woman right here!!! Tanya, you have changed me in all the best ways. You gave me hope, guidance, inspiration, support, your time and your trust. You built my confidence and made me realize my true potential. I am in the best shape of my life physically, mentally and spiritually and I have you to thank for showing me the path to healing.
