Tools to measure fat and muscle include Calipers or In-Body. Do resistance training with bands or weights, at least 2 to 3 times a week. You will build and feel precious muscle.

Fat Fight Focus Still working from home? Comfort meals or fast food delivery may not be your friend during business hours. A new study in the American Journal of clinical nutrition suggest that eating just one meal high in saturated fat can impede your ability to concentrate. The study compared the focus and attention of women after eating a meal high in saturated fat to women eating the same meal made with sunflower oil, low in saturated fat. Ohh and don’t forget to exercise!

Studies show that self-monitoring of eating habits, physical activity and weight are interventions that can help with weight loss and prevent unintended weight gain. Those who monitor their weight closely may find frequent weighing helpful as they are able to notice a pattern of weight change sooner and make adjustments. But, it’s also OK if you don’t want to weigh yourself or own a scale. The numbe...r on the scale is not the only or best measurement when it comes to body composition.
