Last year this was one of best s...elling items on Amazon for the holidays. Demand was amazing this year as well and we ran out of stock for a couple weeks. My new shipment arrived in San Diego 3 weeks ago and I found out we had an issue with our product listing on Amazon. Some programmatic error listed our best selling and highest rated Giant Tumble Tower as a remote controlled car. The listing was a mashup of our product and this weird remote controlled car. We spent about 50 hours over a period of 3 weeks trying to get it fixed on Amazon, with no luck. We tried everything and finally had to give in an create a new product listing on Amazon. The problem with that is we lost our ratings and reviews, and all our history. We had one of the first Giant Tumble Towers on Amazon many many years ago, so this was devastating. Another fun fact, for those of you who are still reading this super long post. It costs us about $40 to sell this item on Amazon. That's right, they take about $40 out each time we sell one of these Giant Tumble Towers on Amazon. I am not trying to dig on Amazon at all, I am just giving you some context. So...
