Customer complaint: CPU fan error. Sometimes it's just a loose connector. This one was only held in place by the force of the bent wires. Presumably it came from the factory like that. Good job Dell.

This one was a little different. The computer would just shut down randomly. The inside of the computer looked clean, there didn't appear to be any software issues, but it would just shut off. When we removed the cover from the video card and the problem was clear, or should I say dusty. Good cleaning and problem solved.
