Do you have any special incentives to join?... 4. What's the Future Soldier program? 5. Which option is best for me: Army active duty, Army Reserve or ROTC? 6. What really goes on in Basic Combat Training? 7. What's the balance between classroom and physical training? 8. What kind of condition do you have to be in at the start? 9. What are the physical standards candidates have to meet? 10. What are training and drill sergeants like today? 11. What percent of people who start actually graduate? 12. Can two friends go through basic at the same time? 13. Women: Do women receive military haircuts too? - I have 10 more questions that you should ask your Army Recruiter. I’ll share it in another post so be on the lookout. - If you have any other questions please don’t hesitate to contact me. 310-944-2945 #usarec #armyrecruiter #usarmy #recruiting #believeinyou #believeinyourself #armylife #usarmedforces #jrotc #armyrotc #rotc #usarmyreserve #puteminboots #ussoldiers #goals #dontquit #neverquit #resume #jobinterview #jobsearch See more

While the Army opened combat roles including armor and infantry to females in 2015, its leaders first initiative requires that a platoon first have a branch qualified female officer or a noncommissioned officer assigned to the unit before accepting junior enlisted Soldiers in the ranks of private through specialist. Other integration requirements include gender integration training and command climate surveys. . . Pauley decided to become the organization’s first female infan...try officer wanting to support the organization’s advancement in the integration and help female Soldiers realize their potential in combat arms. . . When I heard that, I knew I had to change my branch choice from ordnance to infantry because it was an opportunity to lead from the front. . . #LeadFromTheFront #ArmyReform #Soldier #Adapt2Win #armyrecruiting #torrancerecruiting #askmehow See more

Major Update While COVID-19 continues sweeping the globe, Army leaders are discussing ways to pay future Soldiers ahead of initial training in areas where they are sealed off in coronavirus hotbeds and forced to self-isolate at home, instead of leaving on their scheduled Basic Combat Training ship date. Parents are sending us their sons and daughters, and we have an obligation to take care of them, said Army Chief of Staff Gen. James C. McConville, to Pentagon reporte...rs Friday. Many of these young men and women were expecting to go to work. So they've quit their jobs to go ahead and serve we're very cognizant of that. Our team cares about you to go as far as paying you prior to basic training due to all ship dates changing while the nation is in a crisis! Ask us how we can help!
There are many ways someone can serve our country! Being in the army is not all about combat. We have several career fields that someone can choose from! Ask us about our different career fields!
