The Pancake Process. From bowl to griddle to plate, pancakes are my favorite process. They are convenient and easy, a little less messy with time and experience, and no matter what pancakes feel like a celebration. Best made on a Lodge cast iron griddle, best eaten with REAL maple syrup, and best shared with friends and family. Pro-tip: both cast iron and pancakes make excellent gifts for Father's Day!
