Did you know you're likely throwing away detergent and didn't know it? We all love and hate these jugs. Easy to carry and easy to pour. But it seems hard to get that last little bit out because it gets trapped in the spout. Try this next time. Locate the holes on the opposite side and pour backwards. Voila! Enough soap for a couple more washes!

Joke of the day... While carrying a basket of clean laundry, my wife tripped and the clothes went everywhere. I watched the whole thing unfold in front of me.

Introducing our new "Tag-nets". These are little tags with a magnetic backing that you may use when loading many machines so that you can keep track of where your laundry is. Ask our attendants to borrow some and never lose track of your clothes again!

Starting April 8th: All FIRST RESPONDERS (paramedics, EMTs, nurses, police, emergency medical technicians, etc.) will be able to wash and dry their work attire for free. We are setting up Wednesday for these service providers only. The laundromat will be closed to the general public during that time for safety purposes. First responders will need to provide documentation of their status. All the new rules apply: Please have all laundry prepped and sorted prior to entering the... laundromat. When laundry is placed in the washer and dryer, the attendant will manually start the machine. If you like, you may collect scrubs and uniforms from fellow co-workers and wash in bulk. We will do our best to work with you. From the owner: I want to personally thank all the individuals on the front line. Your dedication and service is truly appreciated. I can't even imagine what you are dealing with. Hopefully this will help a little. Again, on behalf of my wife, our attendants and our family...thank you.

We found this cute little girl wandering into our laundromat. Super adorable and very, very sweet. She looks very healthy and has obviously lost her owner. If you can and have the time, please share this post. We have already posted to PawBoost. (Not chipped) Although we'd love to temporarily foster this dog, we are unable, so she is now located at the County shelter on Crows Landing Road in Modesto. She will wait for a few days to see if the owner claims her and then after that she will be put up for adoption.

Dear customers, friends and family, We are still open for you. Although, we have made some changes to the dynamics of the laundromat. We sincerely hope that you understand these new expectations are needed to maintain the laundromat at a safe level. We are disinfecting after every machine is used and then some. In addition to our efforts, there are a few things we are requesting of our customers. * We are asking that you prep and sort your clothes prior to arriving at Top N...otch. This will minimize unnecessary interaction. This includes no shaking of laundry or placing dirty clothes on machines or tables. * We are also requesting that you please wait in your vehicle while your laundry is washing and drying. * PLEASE use our hand sanitizer. We have added another dispenser by the front door. We also have rubber gloves available. Use only what you need as supplies are limited. * We are still accepting "Wash and Fold" drop offs. Note: Drop offs will require that your laundry is prepared, sorted, turned right side out, etc. This is to limit the time to wash and reduces exposure when handling the laundry. * We will (for now) remain open 24 hours. These expectations apply to our late night after hours NexKey users as well. If you are an after hours user, please be diligent and use the cleaning supplies provided to clean up before and after you use a machine. On behalf of my family and our attendants, I want to assure you that we are doing our best to stay open so that we can provide this essential service. That if the time comes when we may be asked to shut down, we can appeal that decision by demonstrating we have stepped up and gone the extra mile to make this a safe, clean and efficient laundromat that can still be utilized during this crisis.
