One of my clients asked me how she can lose her belly fat and should she do more ab work. That same day I saw an article peddling a 31 day abs only workout. The fact is everyone's body is different. We store fat differently and we lose fat differently. Doing more ab work isn't a bad thing but targeting a single body area or muscle group isn't going to give you the results you are looking for. There's no quick fix, stay the course and find yourself a trainer that understands your goals and your body type.
Celebrating success with your clients is such an awesome feeling. They FEEL better but when they SEE the concrete results...It really is a great feeling!!
