Customer came in requesting a front brake service.and to inspect the rear. I could have written him up and replaced his front brakes. I advised him to have me look at them first, perform a brake inspection. I checked the front and rear brakes. everything is good. I asked him, who told him that he needed brakes? He stated he was hearing squealing in the morning. I had to advise the customer that under certain conditions and brake pad material that they might make noise.

When I pulled this transmission to perform a clutch replacement. I noticed the transmission was seeping. I cleaned up the area and found no cracks. The transmission case must be porous. I used epoxy to slow the seep down.
