Look how many homes under 300k were sold in March. A record amount of 192 homes. Take a look at the price p...er square foot! It's up to $210.09. Another record! The bottom line is that we're selling homes as fast as they hit the market if not faster! If you are looking for a home then you need to structure your offer to beat all the others. It's a fast moving market with very little inventory making it an unbelievable sellers market.
