Wonderful film alert! Veronica Selver (Bay Area editor, a treasure) has made a film about her mother, who was born in Germany in 1906 and who endured numerous tragedies through her life, but managed to keep her joie de vivre intact. It's an inspiring film, a wonderful romp through a highly unlikely journey that leaves us marveling at the resilience of the human spirit. Check it out!
