With the Shelter In Place Order out, the office will be closed but Kathleen will be working from home. You can call 707-279-9090 and the phone will ring directly to her. She will be driving through the facility periodically to collect payments and check on facility. She will also be monitoring the cameras and we have a private security service checking on the facility as well. We want you to know that our customers are important to us and we want you to rest assured that we are still here for you and in this together.

Office will be open from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday Customers are able to access their storage units by using their individual gate access code between the hours of 6:00 am to 9:00 pm., 365 days per year. At 9:00 pm the gate will not allow any use of gate access codes and will lock until 6:00 am Because of the global health concerns and because of the advise to have social distancing, you may want to consider putting the payment of your storage unit on automatic debit at this time or putting your payment in the drop slot, envelopes are available to you on office door. But until further notice we are running as business as usual and taking precautions involving cleanliness and exposure. Happy to report that power is on in Kelseyville so the office is open today. Don't forget that the holidays are around the corner and if you need a place to hide those Christmas presents, we have units available.

Just a reminder, in the event of a PG&E planned outage, the office will not be open until power is restored.
