It’s great making new friends in this business. The sellers of this property came to my home yesterday and gave it an Energy Cleanse (Sage/Smudging) then we had a nice time of fellowship the rest of the afternoon

Final Walk Through today on Cedar Crest Ave. - Verification of Property doc signed and scheduled to close escrow on Wednesday

So Glad this one is in the books - SOLD we received council from four different attorneys in the process of this tenant occupied sale - during this time of COVID-19
