Quick update. At this point all TEN of the TEN budget asks are included. This is a huge and amazing victory for us all. There is power in UNITY. For those who made our kickoff meeting with the Mayor’s Office, we said TEN was going to be TransForward. Two thirds of the TEN asks to get funded are trans-specific programming. We put the T first in our name. We put the TL first in our name. And we made sure that trans serving programs got first bite. Now we need to keep an eye on things to make sure we stay in the budget. If you have time, come by City Hall now to to support the full TEN ask at the Board of Supervisors.
