POSITION SUMMARY Under the supervision of the Chief Executive Officer and in collaboration with the Executive Team, this position oversees the development and implementation of Behavioral Health Services across all TLC programs as well as oversight of Treatment and Services. The ideal candidate will work closely with Executive Leadership to establish a strategic plan for long term viability and growth of the agency which includes development and ownership of an established bu...dget. They will provide daily oversight and administration of treatment by supporting quality control, tracking trends, implementing policy changes coming from federal, state and county levels, facilitating program and staff development, and assisting in the implementation and coordination of clinical services, including youth & family treatment plans. JOB DESCRIPTION We’re searching for a dynamic and innovative leader, who’s aligned in our mission of empowering vulnerable children, youth and young adults to cultivate resilience, authenticity and healthy relationships, to help our agency grow to meet the needs of our community. This is a senior leadership position that will work closely with the executive leadership team, including the Board, CEO, COO and CFA. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, be able to hold the larger vision, while also supporting the day-to-day operations of the various programs in the agency.
