Update: We are saddened by the news that we have to close effective 7/15. 7/14 will be the last day that we honor appointments. The County has not yet set a re-opening date. We will post again once we have more information. The best thing you can do to help businesses re-open is to follow safety and physical distancing measures. After 4 very long months, the day has come -- we're tentatively reopening on July 13! Please help us do our part in protecting you, our workers, and our community. Below are some changes we're making to keep everyone healthy. 1) The store will have a maximum capacity of 11 employees and 12 clients. As such, we’re only taking reservations for all services. Reservations made at least 24 hours in advance can be made on Facebook (*new*) or by phone. Call for day-of-reservations.... No more walk ins to limit the number of people. 2) Reservation times are NOT guaranteed. We’re implementing new cleaning procedures in between clients and it will take time for us to learn and adjust. Call us 15 minutes before your scheduled reservation and we’ll let you know when we’re ready for you. 3) If you are not feeling 100% or have been in contact with someone who is sick, please stay home. 4) We will be taking temperatures and asking screening questions of employees and clients before they can enter the building. 5) Mask covering both nose and mouth is required the entire time. Before you enter, use the hand sanitizer provided outside to open the door. Once inside, you will be asked to wash your hands again. 6) We’ve closed our waiting area. Only guests receiving services are allowed in the store. 7) We’ve installed glass partitions at all work stations and pedicure chairs. These are preliminary and subject to change. We’re waiting for Santa Clara County’s directives and will provide more information once it’s released.

It brings us so much joy to know that we've been voted as a Nextdoor Neighborhood Favorite for the 4th year in a row. Thank you to everyone who voted and continue to support our business. We are so grateful for everyone's support, words of encouragement, and acts of kindness through these challenging times. At this time, we're still closed per the County of Santa Clara's shelter-in-place order. While the State's order allows some personal services to open, the County's order does not yet allow us to. We will follow the County's orders in order to protect our valued workers, clients, and community. We will provide more information on our opening date soon. We're looking forward to getting back to work and can't wait to see you all again :)

Thank you for all your support. We're so humbled by everyone's generosity. In the interest of public health, we are not providing any services at this time. We will re-open once the County's shelter-in-place order is lifted and we can return to work safely. During this difficult time, we are committed to ensuring our shop can open safely.
