We’re just a few days away everyone. You don’t have to be a couple to attend. You can bring your friend or a family member if you like. Damsels in Defense will be there with some of their amazing self-defense products. Also, we’ll have an area set up for your kids with games, snacks and movies and instructors to watch them while you train. ... There’s no reason not to show up and you’ll have fun as well as learn valuable information that may one day prevent you from being a victim.

In our youth, we will spend our health to get wealthy, and as we get older, we will gladly pay all we have earned to get our health back. How ironic! Let us help you balance work and working out starting this year, so you can enjoy your golden years!
