Good Evening Everyone, There are three events taking place at TANC this week - we encourage you to attend! For all these events, we ask that you adhere to CDC ...guidelines by wearing a mask, and practicing social-distancing. 1) Those who have paid their green book dues until March 31st, 2020 but haven't registered for voting yet please do so. The last day to register for 2021 General Elections of Sikyong and Chitues is Thursday Oct 15th. The Election Committee Members along with the TANC Board will be there from 2:00PM-7:00PM at TANC. 2) October 17th 2020 marks the 13th anniversary of a historic day; the day U.S Congress awarded the Congressional Gold Medal to His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama. To commemorate this day, TANC has set up a special scarf offering event at the TANC hall followed by Tea and Daysee. The event will begin at 10AM-2PM. Note- There will be no gathering taking place. Its a come and go service. 3)On Sunday, October 18, 2020, TANC will be offering free flu shots. Please come out and get vaccinated. Flu shots are available from 12PM-4PM. Thank you.

Join us this Thursday, October 1st, at the Consulate General of China in San Francisco, to take part in the Global Day of Action! 11am - 2pm! See you all there! Please look out for an additional facebook post regarding your health and safety during this event brought to you by the TANC health committee.

The TANC health committee has made a short public safety video regarding Covid-19 and Flu precautions. Please watch this video if you intend to take part in the Global Day of Action event. In addition, you may find these guidelines helpful in upholding your health and safety at all times.

... We will have voters registration this coming Sunday, September 20, 2020, from 11am to 7pm, at Tibetan Association of Northern California’s Deshig Phuntsog Hall. One could also pay their Green Book dues as well.

We also bid farewell to 7 previous members : Tenzin Dorjee- president, Ola-General secretary, Thinlay Gyatso-accountant, Tsering Dolkar, Karma Yamphel, Pempa Negi- event coordinators, and Tselha- volunteer coordinator.
