Today I got out and got moving, and it felt so good- BUT I noticed my neck and shoudlers were holding more tension than they needed to- so here's a 2min awareness exercise to release that extra tension- you can do it anywhere any time- even laying in bed or sitting on the couch. Hello Thriving Life Wellness Community- I am working on a side project- Cultivating Evidence of Safety.
