Today is a MAJOR day for a few reasons!! I attended my first networking meeting representing Thrive Geriatric Care Management! And DRUM ROLL PLEASE: ... It is with overwhelming excitement and pride that I introduce the newest member of the thrive team, Danielle! With nearly a decade of experience she brings a wealth of knowledge, as well as fluency in Spanish to our team. She has earned her Master's in Gerontology from California State Fullerton. She has additional training in fall prevention and has taught several classes on the subject. She and I also facilitated Laughter Wellness seminars all over southern California to probably hundreds of seniors and their families. Danielle Johansen has a true talent and years of experience with providing practical education and information to not only our clients themselves, but to their families and caregivers. Her dedication, vast knowledge of resources and steadfast commitment to improving the lives of seniors makes her an incredible asset to the team!!!
